What Is Arnica?

Arnica extract is used in the formulation of many skincare, health, and cosmetic products and is often used topically to help support healthy skin. Arnica extract is made from the whole flower of Arnica montana, a perennial flowering plant native to Europe and Greenland. Common names for Arnica montana include mountain snuff, wolf's bane, and leopard's bane.
