
Orotic Acid
Orotic acid is a compound typically used as a mineral carrier to increase bioavailability. Orotic acid used to be considered a part of the vitamin B complex (vitamin B13), but it is no longer considered a vitamin.
Orotic Acid may aid exercise endurance, support the muscles after strenuous exercise, and speed up workout recovery.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1000 mg (about 1/3 tsp) once daily, or as directed by a physician.

Orotic aciduria, or orotic acidemia, can result from a buildup of orotic acid. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
