I haven't started using the item yet, as I haven't finished my existing DIM; however, based on my experience with the other items I ordered from Bulk Supplements, I'm sure I won't be disappointed. My only suggestion relates to the fact that the serving size is so small (5mg). I feel that, with this item, either a measuring scoop should be included, or it should be offered in capsule form.

Decent product even though the quality is not what it used to be. Besides, I have just received my order, by mid-June 2021 and the expiration date is November 2021 for a 250 gm bag, this is simply unacceptable.

It works better than any product. However, no DIM supplement will take the estrogen OUT of your body. Without the estrogen out of your body, it will re-circulate. That is why Calcium d Glucarate is needed in addition to DIM. Calcium d Glucarate assists in getting the estrogen out.
